Refund & Cancellation Policy

Every paid plan begins with a 14-day free trial that does not require a card. You can explore the Platform fully during this period and cancel before it ends without being charged.

If you continue beyond the trial, your selected plan is billed in Indian Rupees (inclusive of applicable GST) and renews automatically each cycle until you cancel. You can view your plan and invoices any time from your account.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops all future renewals. You will retain access to paid features until the end of the cycle you have already paid for.

Because the trial lets you evaluate the Platform before paying, subscription fees for a completed or in-progress billing cycle are generally non-refundable once the cycle has begun.

We will, however, consider refunds in good faith where: you were charged in error or charged twice; a paid feature was materially unavailable for a sustained period due to our fault; or a refund is required under applicable law. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method.

Email billing@tradefolie.com from your registered email within 7 days of the charge, with your invoice number and the reason for the request. We aim to respond within 5 business days.

Where a refund is approved, it is initiated through our payment partner (Razorpay). Banks and card networks typically credit the amount within 5–10 business days, depending on your provider.
