By subscribing to our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Policy.

2. Subscription Cancellation

2.1 How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our customer support team. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to support@tradefolie.com.

2.2 Cancellation Effective Date

Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to all features until the cancellation takes effect.

2.3 Data After Cancellation

After cancellation, your account will be downgraded to a free plan (if available) or deactivated. We will retain your data for 30 days after cancellation, during which time you may reactivate your subscription.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

  • 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: New subscribers may request a full refund within 7 days of their initial subscription
  • Technical Issues: If you experience significant technical problems that prevent you from using the service
  • Billing Errors: In cases of duplicate charges or billing mistakes

3.2 Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally not eligible for refunds:

4. Subscription Changes

4.1 Plan Upgrades

When you upgrade your plan, the new rate will be prorated for the remainder of your current billing period. You will be charged the difference between your current plan and the upgraded plan.

4.2 Plan Downgrades

When you downgrade your plan, the new rate will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. No refunds are provided for the current billing period.

4.3 Billing Cycle Changes

Changes to your billing cycle (monthly to annual, etc.) will take effect at the start of your next billing period.

5. Special Circumstances

5.1 Force Majeure

In cases of force majeure events (natural disasters, government actions, etc.) that affect our ability to provide services, we may offer extended refund periods or service credits.

5.2 Account Suspension

If your account is suspended due to violations of our Terms of Service, you may not be eligible for refunds. Refunds in such cases are at our sole discretion.

5.3 Death or Disability

In cases of death or permanent disability, we may provide refunds for unused portions of annual subscriptions upon receipt of appropriate documentation.
